The Purple Stripe Pseudochromis, also known as Diadem Dottyback or Diadem Pseudochromis, is primarily yellow with a purple stripe running the length of the body along the dorsal fin. A 30 gallon or larger aquarium with numerous hiding places provides a good environment. It should be housed with moderately aggressive fish that are larger than itself. It will eat ornamental shrimp.
